Ulusu ALTUNDAĞ, has extensive knowledge of and experience on all aspects of
Corporate, M&A and Competition Law. Mr. ALTUNDAĞ possesses general and specialized expertise on a wide range of corporate laws, commercial transactions in addition to business sectors. Furthermore, he leads the Corporate M&A practice of Altundağ Law Office and has extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions related to M&A and project finance. He advises local and multinational clients in the food and beverage, manufacturing, industrial equipment manufacturing (heating solutions, machinery, etc.), and payment solutions sectors on corporate and commercial law matters for drafting and reviewing numerous types of commercial contracts; and daily corporate maintenance tasks. He is also experienced in competition law matters, merger controls, vertical agreements, and exemption assessments in the steel, chemicals, technology, textile, construction and industrial manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Altundağ Law, Mr. ALTUNDAĞ worked as a lawyer at leading law firms in the field of maritime law in Istanbul. In this context he has vast experience in shipping and vessel acquisitions, legal advising and representing to domestic and international shipping companies, port authorities, ship owners and operators, insurance companies, and fishery and aquaculture businesses.
